Director of Special Events
The Director of Special Events, with the support of his/her team, shall be responsible for the promoting and handling of all special Chapter and Member events, meetings, seminars and social outings designed to help the Chapter and its membership continue to achieve, maximize and grow its strategic, networking and social opportunities.
- Responsible for the coordination, planning and execution of all aspects of event delivery, including facility / venue procurement, staffing of the event, and contracting of fees, for the following annual Chapter events:
- May General Chapter Meeting – special venue
- Annual Strategic & Tactical Planning Session – special venue and facilitators as appropriate
- The management of ad-hoc Chapter events, as requested, covering both professional and social outings in the field of Project Management.
